Mahomes is 0-2 against Brady in the postseason so he has that going against him as well

He’s 4th all time.

Brady
Montana
Manning

Are all still better players. Now if we have this talk in 10 years maybe it’s different.

Meh you can probably go ahead and put him above Manning.

Mahomes is well on his way to surpassing Brady, let's be real, he's better.

Has he passed him though? Thats the point

Carried by his defense and cheating. Mahomes’ best weapon is playing with a clot shot heart ?????

Not quite the GOAT but he just guaranteed himself a first ballot HOF career. In his 6th season as a starter (7 overall). Pretty amazing.

Not even close yet but off to a great start. Probably won’t keep this pace once Reid retires. He’ll be lucky to get 1 more after that happens.

not yet, but if he stays healthy, he certainly could end up being the GOAT... Brady set a pretty high bar, but ain't gonna lie, Mahomes has had a hell of a start to his career and is ahead of schedule, compared to Tom

Good pace. Still hasn’t accomplished what Brady has. When he does then we can talk

It's amazing the lengths people will go to suddenly defend Brady now that he's retired lmao. It ain't out of this world to say Mahomes is better simply due to how rapidly this dude is winning and it could've been more

I’ll be interested to see Mahomes when Reid retires. They might finish out their careers together, but Reid is a mastermind play caller and play designer. Probably the GOAT.

From a pure QB play standpoint, I think he is. People are going to be screaming the Super Bowls argument though.

He’s surviving a fricking crazy collection of QBs in the AFC too.

It absolutely is. But I REALLY wonder what the second act of his career looks like. His scrambling is such a massive part of what makes him who he is. When he loses a bit of that I’m not sure if he’s going to have the longevity of some of these guys. You also have to factor in Reid hanging it up before he does.

This isn’t a knock on him just a reflection of how important his running ability has been in huge games to move the chains.

So did Brady. Brady actually had 3 at 27 years old

Hot take but I think his run is from lack of other teams being any good. Just seems like chiefs only team that has it together and Reid is a huge part of that.

Mahomes is very good but I think this run is way more than himself

I wonder how Dan Marino could have done with the Chiefs?

Using team achievements to measure an individual players greatness lol.

Roger Craig > Barry Sanders
Kevin Faulk > Barry Sanders
Namath > Marino
Edelman > Calvin Johnson
Deion Branch > Larry Fitzgerald

That’s your exact argument. Own it.
