Literally any other school In Div-1 FBS league can have a walkon come and do better than these so called QBs at LSU that we baby for years on end, but are never fricking ready even when they have been in the program 4-5 years.

fricking Ryan Perrilloux and his fake ID has screwed up the QB situation at LSU for almost a decade and a half now.

It's hard to blame the QBs when the playcalling sucks.

Having the best drive of the game, Peetz randomly calls a wildcat play with TDP for no reason. Errant snap, fumble, Arky ball.

Then he calls a goddamn fade to the endzone in OT with his freshman backup QB. Interception, good night.

You think the fade was a bad call?

Oh my. That was 1000% bad throw and right call.

Bad throw and always a horrible call. It's a low percentage throw that even NFL QBs can't get right. There's no justification to call it there.

Young and Stroud are both 2nd year program players.

Who else? Who else that doesn’t have a dogshit play caller?

Jalen Hurts was a freshman in 2016 when he became starter, and Tua ended up winning the NC in 2017 as a freshman (but wasn't starter)

Tommy Hodson
Herb Tyler
Rohan Davey
Matt Mauck

LSU hasn’t tried or needed to start many freshman or sophomores since Lee/Jefferson

Mett was a Junior transfer
Harris/Jennings sucked

Etling was a grad transfer
Burrow was a grad transfer

Now we have Max/Nuss

Those guys at Alabama and OSU are the exception not the rule.
