The bracket is set up just like a regional.
Tulane and Houston met in the winner's bracket, Tulane won, Houston won it's loser's bracket game then had to beat Tulane twice, but lost the second game.

ECU isn't going to host even with a win so there's no need to risk any of their better pitchers today after playing through the losers bracket.

They've already conquered the PAC-12 in football. Having watched this tournament, looks like they would dominate the PAC-12 in baseball as well.
