I hope not. Tech doesn’t need to waste money on his buyout. Even if a booster has it, they need to support the university by using it elsewhere. It’s ludicrous to pay these huge buyouts to fire inept coaches.

Ours seems to fail just about every damn time in this scenario. The one time I can remember in recent years where they did do it right and put on a good gameday for a large (by our perspective) crowd was the SBC Champ game hosting App State. Other than that, we screw it up every time.
It’s almost like after they got the SBC Champ game promoting and executed Gameday correctly at Cajun Field, they decided that was way too much work and it was much easier to just go back to USL’ing it so that no one would have any high expectations ever again.

I have faith with our current admin will get it right. Hartwell seems to be a good ad and Dr. Berry loves this place. Hopefully I’m not proven wrong but we’ll see

Good for ULM hope that home environment is like the Baylor game from 2012. They had so much momentum that year but laid an egg against ULL and the independence bowl.
