It doesn’t even look like Skipper said anything to the official. They’re still showing replays.

Looks like Skipper (70) ran over and said something to the other Lions players.

I said “probably” because the ref said 70 reported. They just showed that 70 never even got close enough to report to the ref.

You’ve been wrong at every turn. Let it go.

You said ding ding ding when the guy said skipper told the ref 68 was eligible . It’s on the previous page. That’s all I’m saying

Who knows what really happened, but it’s pretty clear the ref fricked up. Lucky for the Cows, but I’d be pretty pissed if I were a Lions fan.

All of this could have been avoided if McCarthy wasn’t an idiot.

The throw on second down was dumb and it looked even dumber because it was a miscomunication . Like who takes a shot into the endzone in that situation

“Probably”

That was before I saw the replay of 70 not getting within 5 yards of the official.

They’re still talking about it on the postgame.

The official fricked up. Plain and simple.

ESPNs head ref said that wasn't true and that 2 people can report if they want. SVP directly asked that question

I haven't no idea what the rule is though.

They’re using 70 running on the field to try and cover the officials frick up. 70 never even interacted with the official. 68 did.

So they had 4 linemen to the right of center and the OT on the left was supposed to be an eligible receiver?

I don’t think they intentionally fricked anyone but it still doesn’t make it any better if they truly didn’t understand the rule or if they got confused

Dan Skipper said he did not report as eligible to the officials on the 2pt play that got called back. Decker said he reported.

I didn’t watch postgame I just went by what it looked like live and what the announcers and booth ref were saying and it looked like skipper ran up and reported and that 68 was on the line of scrimmage.

So I guess the guy that Troy and buck showed on the los really wasn’t 68?

It seems like a case of mistaken identity by the ref should be reviewable.
