Neville stopped the 2 pt conversion.

Gritty performance by Holmes County QB on one leg for most of 4th Q.

Neville running out the clock.

Holmes County 33
Neville 34

they have had a hard time finding teams to play them for years, which is how they ended up with a non-district schedule of Carencro, Acadiana, Neville, Catholic BR in a severely front loaded schedule

All the good teams have trouble finding games so im not buying that excuse.

Does high school not have the rule that only the fumbling player can advance a fumble on 4th down?

Dude waits for his blocks and has really good vision...

Hell of a running back.

Rummel's defense finally stopped the option in the second half, Shaw was running it pretty effectively in the first half.

Never made any excuses for anything, it is what it is

The point I was making was explaining why their schedule was front loaded with so many tough teams from around the state and the area

Carencro could have beaten them last week, but their QB threw five picks

Did you play for Chalmette? Just wondering if we played against each other back in the day.

Not gonna lie, I didn’t play, I was a manager… maybe if I had went somewhere smaller like Ecole Classique or something but then I wouldn’t be me we were 10-0 so I’m trying to see that again one day

Who’d you play for?

Zero WM at North Desoto updates is curious. Hmm…weird.

West Monroe 63
North Desoto 14

It was 14-14 after the first, 49-14 at the half, running clock the second half and WM tacks on 2 more. WM at Catholic next week. I believe it’s Catholic’s homecoming.

North DeSoto lost their all-state WR to a knee injury last week. They’re going to take a step back without him, but a step back doesn’t equal 63-14. That’s a collapse on both sides of the ball.

Franklinton, but missed out on Coach Shane Smith who turned the program around. He was hired my senior year and started as coach after we came back
from Christmas break. We won my junior year in 97 on a goal line stop at the end, my senior year y’all beat us pretty good. I tried Googling the scores but I couldn’t find anything from back them.

Shane Smith and I were rookie football officials in the Hammond Association back in the day.

We didn’t run in the same circles. But we were at the same meetings
