Weakest quadrant ever. None of those teams have a prayer of making it to the Dome.

I'll be in Crowley to watch ND vs PBS......should be a good one....I'm thinking ND gets revenge for the semi-final loss last year....seems like they got it together especially against teams that don't have superstar athletes at WR ala Breaux Bridge.

CHSNI rolls vs Welsh. Only Evangel stands in the way of a showdown with Curtis.

Sort of. But it changes once you get to the 3rd round. From the LHSAA handbook:

quote:

14.18 DETERMINING THE HOME TEAM14.18.1 Bi-District Round of Play
1. The higher seeded team shall be the home team.
2. “Byes” shall count as a home game.

14.18.2 Regional Round of Play
1. Any team that drew a “bye” in the bi-district round shall be home teams.
2. Teams that traveled in the bi-district round shall be the home team unless Rule 14.18.2.1 applies.
3. If both teams traveled or were home teams in the bi-district round, the higher seeded team shall be the home team.

14.18.3 Quarterfinal Round of Play
1. The team that traveled more times in the first two rounds shall be the home team.
2. If both teams traveled the same number of times in the first two rounds, the team that traveled last shall be the home
team.
3. If teams traveled the same number of times in the first two rounds and both teams traveled or both were home teams
in the regionals, the higher seeded team shall be the home team.

14.18.4 Semi-final Round of Play
1. The team that traveled more times in the first three rounds shall be the home team.
2. If both teams traveled the same number of times in the first three rounds, the team that traveled last shall be the home
team.
3. If both teams traveled the same number of times in the first three rounds and both teams traveled or both were home
teams in the quarterfinals, the higher seeded team shall be the home team.

14.18.5 The higher seeded team shall be the home team in the Superdome Classic.

Would love to be in Lake Charles tonight to watch Lutcher, but alas work today and commitments tomorrow made the drive out of the question. But I'll be watching St. Charles on the t.v. and keeping up with Lutcher on the radio (WWL's prep show where they give the scores from around the state and little snippets of how local games is going is pretty good most of the time).

River Parishes still have a few teams left in the hunt. So hope they can move on.

No defense and offense consists of a fullback. Pretty much it. I will be pulling for them, but expect STM to roll by 40.
