In 2012 lakeside high school finished 3rd place in district 1AA baseball. They finished the season losing 9-10 in the semi finals to the eventual state champions. A team that should have not only been district champs but should have won the state championship as well barely made the damn playoffs because they were forced to be in a district with evangel and Calvary. This school should have 5-6 rings since year 2000 and have nothing. not even a district title. Lhsaa is a damn joke. There is no reason why teams like lakeside should be forced to be in the same district as these power houses.

Somewhere between a 1.25 or 1.3 multiplier would probably make things a lot more equitable.
How would this work in the case of boys-only private, um, select schools? They already have a multiplier, yes?

Use the enrollment number they currently use (2x the enrollment) and multiply it by 1.3.

So if an all boys school has 100 students, for enrollment purposes they would count as 260.

If this was in '97, I was on that Curtis team and can absolutely guarantee there were no recruits on that team.
one of your team mates would strongly disagree my man.....but he says they were reeled in not by a coach or admin but by the dad of another player....

pretty solid football player too...
