Y’all really are set up for success the next few years. That game tomorrow night will be very good. Of all the Pearson’s, which one is the best? I’ve heard people say the one in high school right now, is the best one.

Josh imo. John is definitely the largest. He’s bigger than the other 2 as a sophomore in HS.

Are the semis the best-out-of-three, or is it just a one-and-done?

Just 2/3rd rounds are 2/3. 1st, 4th, and 5th are one and done. They’re about to go to 2/3 for the first 3 rounds. The single game is due to playing allllll the games in Sulphur.

And after we’re done this weekend Texas will play on for another whole month…

Does Texas play all of their championships at one time in one location?

This is a pretty awesome article on the South Terrebonne South Lafourche Quarterfinal Series. The two schools most devastated by Ida. South Lafourche was the District Champion in the regular season (First outright title in school history and second overall in a row) and had beaten South Terrebonne 12-2 and 8-1 in the regular season. South Terrebonne may be the hottest team in class 4A at the moment. Great article on the Bayou Brotherhood:

Changing next year for selects. 2/3 every round. Semifinals hosted by high seeds. Finals at neutral site.

Better for baseball

I know you know that wasn’t even the championship game… I didn’t even mention Chalmette since we got knocked out lol but I’m glad that was the highlight of however many state championships y’all won…
wasn't the highlight......

all kidding aside.. the highlight was what those coaches taught the kids and sometimes more was taught in years they didn't win....

He graduated the year before that and eventually pitched for SLU

The kid you’re referring to only pitched that one year for us and was a transfer from Hannan
