36 points on 19 shots, 9 made threes, clutch free throws to ice the game. Hell of a performance

His legacy was fine. Joel on the other hand HAS to leave here with gold.

Lebron having a triple double on 67% shooting at 39 years old in the Olympics

I mean, that’s some legacy shite too

They were down 17? Were they jacking off on the court?

Yep, LeBron’s 16-point triple double where he was nowhere near the most important player was really an all-time performance

He hit the same number of threes (5) in the first five minutes tonight, as he had in the previous four games. He is now 14-34 from the three in the Olympics (22-47 overall). He was 5-20 coming in. Simply amazing

His legacy was set in stone but it's definitely one last thing he will leave us with

I mean that's good and all but watching the 2nd half of that game I watched Curry carry, Embiid show up, and Durant ice it while Lebron nearly let Serbia back in it with a dumb ISO 3 ball under a minute. Durant doesn't get enough credit, dude is a killer.

Steph has never won an Olympic medal.

That’s a huge hole in his résumé. He’s playing like he wants to cap his career with a Gold.

I felt like this 100% watching it. You have other all time greats on the court and he waved everyone else off and took the shot and nailed it

It was good to see some fire from them. As bad as embid played, he wanted it. They all wanted it.

LeBron had 6 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and a steal in the fourth quarter while guarding Jokic.

This I agree with. It's clear that LeBron, Steph, and KD are the 3 best players, both of this last generation, and on this team.

You did. Watching Durant have zero points mid way through the fourth had you feeling this?

We got in the hole we were in partially due to the entire team being dead outside of curry, lebron, and embid

it’s wild how PEDs are treated across sports

Baseball it’s the biggest scandal ever

Football it’s almost just assumed

Basketball we just assume none of them are on PEDs and don’t even think about an absolute freak like lebron.

Exactly. Durant was a killer towards the end but sleepwalked in the first half. Most of the team was settling, and the effort wasn't there. Lebron, love him or hate him, brought energy and was crucial in bringing the team back in the fourth.
