MJ holds the all-time record with 8 50+point playoff games, 38 40+pts playoff games, 109 30+pts playoff games, and 173 20+pts playoff games. He played in 179 career playoff games.

1) Lebron James has passed MJ in championships won.
2) I meant to say that he has passed MJ in championships won against the Oklahoma City Thunder

Lebron played absolutely horrendous if you watched the game.

Did you actually watch the game? Lebron was basically playing one on five for the last four or five minutes. JR Smith was red hot yet he wasn't even touching the ball late in the game because Lebron was too busy dribbling down the shot clock and taking wild shots with defenders draped all over him. It was one of the most selfish displays of basketball I've ever seen.

The stat is impressive. LeBron deserves the praise.

Yeah, but then he blew by the entire team and sealed the game with a fricking monster dunk. Total shitshow; let me tell you.

I agree, but this thread didn't turn out as he had hoped. He was initially talking strictly about scoring over 30 points. He had to edit once he realized he was completely wrong.

Oh. I didn't see it pre-edit

But MJ still has career PER

Wouldn't that be a step above Afreaux?

Lol 30/5/5 isn't exactly random.

quote:So you watched your first game then? This appears to be Blatt's late-game offensive plan. Besides, LeBron was doing a poor job finishing but was getting decent looks.

The top 5 players in 30/5/5 playoff games are Bron, Jordan, Bryant, West, Bird. I'd say it's a pretty good indicator of eliteness in positions 2-4.

LeBron would have been a role player in the '80s.

MJ would have never won a title in today's NBA

LeBron teams play terrible basketball. That's why his teams will never reach their maximum potential.
