No, but I didn't see interviews with leaders in the midst of it all say that they were fulfilling his agenda.

But I'M NOT ARGUING that this is true, but the reality of it is that when people do bad things in a leader's name, then people will attach that leader to it.

And it's not very difficult to specifically seperate and condemn those who are using your name for their their despicable cause. But if he doesn't want to then there his prerogative.
