I know right! It would be completely different and tolerated if a white man in the south would have ever swung from a noose...

A wife wanting to hang her husband and a lynching aren’t the same thing. You are everything that is wrong with America. Trying to insert racism or sexism into everything. GFY

That lineman must have forgotten in history class that a noose was used by Europe thousands of years before it made its way to America. The black communities here are the ones that have associated a noose with their own race, nevermind the crusades, Salem witch trials, the 1700 and 1800s where white men were hung every day.

Not sure why it was deemed racist. The picture was of a WHITE wife. Maybe she was married to a man of color. If so Leach was supporting interracial marriage then.

Anyone that doesn't think Leach is going to wreak havoc in the SEC is an idiot. Mike Leach, Lane Kiffin, Kindal Briles, along with the Ensminger/Brady offense, it's going to be the Wild, Wild West.

Teams better have a great DC. Luckily we have Bo Pelini.

Leachs tree and system has become the forefront of offensive football at the highest level. Just because he doesn’t coach at Bamer or OSU doesn’t mean he isn’t great.

Not all lynchings use a noose
Not all hangings by a noose are lynchings

Equating a lynching to racism is somewhat understandable. Equating a noose with a comment related to a woman possibly planning on hanging her husband to a lynching is absurd.

How bad is it that someone’s thought when seeing that equates it to a lynching and then racism. Mentally programmed to think of anything as racist

He's going to have to tone it down, or get attacked constantly, and once that happens he loses the thing that makes him so awesome. If he says frick those idiots and carries on, which I'm sure is a real possibility, he won't be able to bring in the talent to compete.

Yep. I love Leach but he's in a different world now.

People down Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama will feed you and give you the shirt off their back. But it's about as closed-minded of an area as there is in the country.

I can already here the good ol boy whisperings now.

Why is he awesome? Because he is fat, shite talking coach who throws the ball 50x a game in conferences that play no defense? If he was so good, why isn't he at a good program?

Yes. That's exactly why he's awesome. That is now two post, where two dumbasses ask me why I think Leach is so amazing, and then answer the question themselves in the very next sentence.

Try reading my other post where I explained it to the other moron, and you could have saved yourself from looking dumb until a later post.

Lynching has gone on as a form of capital punishment since the beginning of time

Lynching does not mean hanging. It means mob-killing without due process. If the mob ran over its victim with a truck it would still be lynching.
