Wasn’t Hoffman murdered? Or that is the conspiracy that the religion offed him because he made some movie.

frick choppers. Sure they sound like fun but it’s gotts be the a bigger killer than you’d think especially among sports and other celebs.

Hear his daughters may have been on board. Hope not.

I'm completely terrified of small private aircraft now. Just had Ensimingers daughter in law die in a private plane and now Kobe. This is so hard to fathom.

I tend to agree with this. Only other person I can think of this shocking would be Whitney Houston

Gotta remember Kobe is a legend in China and overseas in general. It's obviously a massive deal worldwide.

Kobe was the type of athlete/person that I was genuinely excited to see and hear from as we both got older. How awesome would it have been to have him around like we have Oscar Robertson and other legends?

You just know he was going to do great things for decades.

12:35 PM PT -- Kobe's daughter Gianna Maria -- aka GiGi -- was also on board the helicopter and died in the crash ... reps for Kobe tell TMZ Sports. She was 13. We're told they were on their way to the Mamba Academy for a basketball practice when the crash occurred. The Academy is in nearby Thousand Oaks.

Sad. But only one daughter on board.
