Warren Easton wants to play too…..make sure you advocate for them the same as you are for these wins to count.

You and your "son" live in Luling, but your "son" plays at John Curtis? How does that happen? How many high schools your "son" passes on the way to John Curtis?

That’s normal. Hahnville is a dumpster fire, where you want them to go

I'm a Curtis alum and chose to put my kids at Curtis over Hahnville. That's the benefit of a private school. If Louisiana education system wasn't such trash maybe, probably not, but maybe I'd reconsider. The education and the life lessons I learned at Curtis and from JT specifically can't ever be matched.

I don’t understand this sentiment. Kids should be forced to go to public high schools who often do not value athletics or have good programs to develop the kids? Instead of blaming JT for recruiting, and he is a private school so zero kids “have”
To go there, ask why kids go there and not their zoned public schools.

You are one dumb mf’er if you think the education is better at Curtis than the St. Charles Parish High Schools. Curtis is a sports Academy and nothing more.

Maybe but there’s probably less “woke” there than any public school

1 violation in the history of the school(despite being the most investigated school). Do you call Catholic and Brother Martin cheaters too?

That one violation lead to 30 whatever forfeits?

Was it a repeated violation?

How many games did they forfeit, and what was the justification?

Lol to anyone who uses Curtis and education in the same sentence. Smart kids with good parents are going to succeed 9/10 times regardless of how vigorous their high school education is or isn't. You're a "Christian" school getting students from 8 parishes...I'm sure no illegal recruitment is going on. And yes, I do think Catholic, Brother Martin, Notre Dame, Zachary, and a whole bunch of others stretch the grey areas of the rule book.

it was one violation that went on for 3 years and was discovered after the players playing days were over. player living with a coach.

as for CHS and BM it's all common knowledge and I'm not dragging it up. there were enough threads on here about it, but one of those two had a player living with an administrator - but it was not known until he was out of school - so no violation
