Jim Brown's in the same class as Ali, Jordan, Woods, Ruth, and Mays, no question. He's the standard for sports excellence. His sports excellence paved the way for a pretty impressive and groundbreaking post-football career too.

Aaron Donald is the best player in NFL history

Most won’t agree but there hasn’t been a more dominant player

I'm going to be biased being a Bears fan but I would put Sweetness Walter Payton up there. All the replies I have seen have not been wrong. I could agree with all of them. Just adding my 2 cents. Some good for thought.

He was the best ever. Anyone else is mental gymnastics.

You can argue Brady as a game manager and winner, but Brown is the all time beast.

Game manager? LMAO

He's the NFL career leader in passing yards and TD's.The Patriots and Belichick don't sniff all those Super Bowls w/out him

As a Syracuse and Giants fan, I will argue it a little bit. It's a pretty good top three, though.

Brown
LT
Rice

From an elite athlete standpoint, he was maybe 20-25 years ahead of his time in terms of conditioning and ability. Rare combination of speed and power.

Also for the time, considered one of the best lacrosse players
