hell of a qb coach for seattle, problem is, skins brought him to be our oc and then when they couldn't find anyone better, promoted him to head coach.

the few bad articles i read on him (solely as a QB coach) said he couldn't be a good QB coach b/c he was undisciplined and winged it as a QB
