Now I for one watch ESPN on a regular basis but I avoid the shows like First Take, Mike and Mike, His and Hers, and the cringeworthy SportsCenter segments were they try to cool but in reality they're out of touch. Reason why it's the only show in town. Before FS1 went down that dark "Embrace Debate" alley I watched them more than the Mothership. But if you want all your sports packed into one network ESPN is all that is left.

She's a race agitator who by her own admission always votes for black players.

Who the hell thought it was a good idea to let her vote for anything, much less for the Heisman!!??

I have no beef with ESPN, really. I just hardly ever watch their shows because I'm at work.
Usually I'm listening to sports radio or podcasts. CBS Sports Radio here in SA is good enough for my purposes.

The only issues I have with ESPN is the replaying of their shows across the networks. I somewhat wished that they would turn ESPN back into the deuce.
Maybe it was just the low key attitude that station had initially, but I enjoyed that format.

The only reason she has a job at ESPN is because of diversity.
And because rich white people hate-watch her and then run to the MSB to cry about it.
It's amazing that you don't understand how badly you are being trolled and that you are the reason why her show gets ratings.

She seems too bias to be a vote. Like she'd only vote for black people.. although college football has its own majority

The Heisman usually goes to the wrong player anyway. I don't see a valid point for this complaint

What is worse?
A: Listening to Mike and Mike with Jamelle Hill on
B: Talking about Jamelle Hill

@jemelehill been wondering what qualifies a writer to have Heisman and Hall of Fame votes

I had a Heisman vote for 3 years. Based on how much you cover the sport.

You'd figure the logical response to an annoying TV personality is to not watch.
Speaking for myself, I don't like to be upset so I make it a point to avoid things that I know will upset me. I don't care for Jemele Hill either. She does interject race into topics where it doesn't always apply. It's like crying wolf. I think when you do that, it diminishes the instances of actual racism. So I stopped watching her. Apparently everyone doesn't think like that. There are people that just love to be agitated and up in arms about something.

You have a link? I call BS when someone uses the word "always."

Curious how that works, isn't it?
People hate ESPN daily programming but keep some damn close tabs on it
"Bro I hate that bitch. But did you see Tommy liked her insta pic? Why did Tommy like her insta pic?!?!?!?!?!"

This morning she admitted that when she was a heisman voter, she never actually voted for
I thought the ending to that sentence was going to be "a white player".

Could you suggest some good college football podcasts? I like non main stream stuff
Posted on 5/11/16 at 9:45 pm to MontyFranklyn
Championship Drive is good. Although it's ESPN, there really is a different vibe than the canned crap you get on Gameday. The Solid Verbal is a little quirky but pretty good too. I like The Audible, and SI college football podcast as well. Each one of these covers a variety of CFB. Not regionalized at all and they seem to speak more openly than they do on Fox, ESPN etc. An added plus is little to no commercials.
