too early to say… OKC over the Zionless Pelicans shouldn’t even count as a playoff series W

How specifically?

If you need this explained to you, I'd recommend just no longer following the NBA.

Bronny is a target for hate, and accusations of not being worthy. But have some perspective on it. Organizations do a variety of things to accommodate the players they want on their roster. This is just part of it for LeBron James.
All he did was put a microscope on his son. He made his life harder.

This...just change LeBron to Bronny and add "like your dad" to the end

Ok, List out the teams that have sign a max deal with a 40 year old player and then turn around and draft his son in the second round? Talk about accommodations!!!!

Renewed energy for a veteran player? A better overall leader and teammate?

You are already overpaying this MF'ER with a 50 MILLION contract to play fricking basketball, and he also needs renewed energy? Listen to what you are typing, This makes no fricking sense.

quote:

There have even been reports recently about him being open to a pay cut in order to bring on another player through free agency. Just that might make the moves with Bronny worth it.

Ok, so the Lakers pay him 50 Million, draft his son, sign the son to a multiyear deal with his robust 3-4pt college scoring average, and he needs more help with more Free Agents. LOL where do you people come from? Give me a list of Free Agent wants to go here and deal with that bullshite?

quote:

I'm not saying they'll achieve X, Y, or Z as a team, but these moves have plenty of positive potential for the organization.

These moves have zero potential to make the Lakers better.

So you cant provide any info on why this was the worst trade ever?
You just ask a ridiculous question. They make the trade for PG and Kawhi a million times out of a million.

You're just as confused as the OP.
And there are additional benefits to the organization besides how the Lakers finish next season. LeBron draws a lot of interest. Just look at the interest from the haters here in this fake thread.

Lmao I really hope the front office tries to appease Lakers fans after a shitty season with a message like "but we got a lot of interest"

Lebron hasn’t signed a max deal and will not be offered a max deal. It will most likely be a 2 year deal with a 3rd year option.

And his age is irrelevant at this point. He’s still a top 15 player in the league. In today’s NBA every single team in the league would pay Lebron 50mill a year. He also is the most popular and influential player in the league. His existence on an NBA team instantly brings that team more
Money and relevance

The Lakers signing Bronny to some minimum deal really is super irrelevant. “Ohh Noes he took some other shite players spot on the team, the horror”

Bronny will be just like every other teams 15th player on the bench. Completely irrelevant and not effect the season at all.

I'm not confused, I'm waiting on your list of team that would pay a 40 year old 50 million and draft his son, and sign to a multiyear contract if "there are so many additional benefits". Listem

We've established before that you don't understand ripple effects, causal chains, and similar concepts. No need to confirm it further.
And rosters aren't completed, months away from the start of the season, but you already made the determination that their season is a failure. How much money will you win betting against them, clown?

Yeah, you are confused. And you don't think other teams would like LeBron and Bronny on their roster? It's not even worth talking about if that's your opinion.
