This entire story doesn't really make very much sense. Why would the woman and her lawyer think that Winston has $7 million dollars to give them? He's an amateur athlete. He doesn't have money. He may make good money years after this supposedly happened.

Are we to believe that this woman's lawyer didn't know that?

If you want him to play football and don't care what the circumstances really are then believe this. But don't say any of it is damning against her in reality. The he's not guilty because she had DNA from a sexual encounter of a consentual nature with her boyfriend is ludicrous. So she has sex and within a day or so and goes out and gets raped, it gets filmed, and so she is a oversexed whore. No!
Unless this lawyer is a total idiot I don't believe either Winston accusation. Allowing the race idiots to have a reason to howl by saying she wouldn't sleep with a black boy is totally unbelievable. The monetary angle while criminal action is in play unlikely as well. I believe it a censuring offense for both lawyers to discuss money to make criminal activity go away.
So you have the money grubbing whore and racist angle covered now to again deflect, a move which reeks of desperation for the Winston team.
As a dad, I would of settled with Winston out of court after seeing the lengths taken to keep Winston from indicted.

I dont think he did it and I beleive the girl lied the initial night because she was embarrassed of her choices and then later on made an even more grave shithole decision by going for money when he became famous.
