I'll say this, what her lawyer did was smart but unjustifiably dirty. They played the race cArd of the white angelic victim and the black savage predator beast. People like Emitt till were murdered for shite like this 50 years ago. Her boyfriend is black which makes me believe that her lawyer knew how to spin this. Use his race against him and show him as the carnal black athlete that preys on white women. Shameful

You're confused. She made an allegation early. She let criminal case run it's course, then as most, she may pursue a civil action which is how you do it.

No I'm not... You obviously are. I said she is an opportunist for reopening the issue after he got big.
But this ALL goes back to the original incident. She attempted to have criminal charges brought against him before ANYONE knew who the frick Jameis Winston was. What was her motive back then, because is sure as hell wasn't to get rich off of him. This is not some thought out plan.
The university and police didn't take her accusations seriously and instead of getting criminal justice, she figured it was time for civil justice. She's an opportunist.
