I don't think he is a player worthy of drafting this year. You could pick a guy up on waivers that is just as good(points wise). He will probably be a typical rookie and have good games and bad games. Not worth drafting.

Most people carry at minimum 3 wrs on their team so 40 Wrs are going to be taken in 90% of leagues
I just looked and he is rostered in 91% of leagues
