Set to be blown up this year I think. If Washington is lucky, they’ll build a new stadium there but it’ll be tough and slow sledding. It sits on federal government land and requires their approval.
There will also be a lot of people wanting to use the space for other needs.

I am optimistic these new palaces are built to last, especially since they all have a roof. They can’t use the excuse of it being open-air and hard to book events year round.
Dallas, Atlanta, Minnesota, LA, Indy, Vegas, and even Detroit and Houston…none have any excuse to build a new facility anytime soon.
