Ive been in sales 25 years and its the same with us and head coaches.
Never peak too soon. Sumlin, Dikes, and im afraid Campbell at Penn St this year will win 10 or 11 games. You've now set the bar.
He made the title game with an above average team. Only one way to go and they have to give you a new contract.
Its like me hit 200% for the quarter. I know if i do that Ive showed all my cards and they will reset my quota for the next quarter. I will hold deals until the beginning of the next quarter just for that.
