Nah, I watch Bama Auburn and OU/UT every year. Love rivalries. But Michigan tOSU is bigger because both teams actually have big winning traditions.

That losing streak has broken you to the point of writing love letters of how much you enjoy your time with them

Hold on, UT and Oklahoma don’t have big winning traditions??
Alabama and Auburn don’t have winning traditions?

I do not doubt or refute your fandom, but I will tell you - as someone in their mid-50s who has followed college football closely since early adolescence - Big 10 football for most of my life has been like watching paint dry.

The league has upped its game in recent years, but f*ck right off with this you-would-not-understand nonsense.

It's gonna be a great draw, that is one hell of a large audience with everyone off for work and not a whole lot of shite to do on Black Friday at 11a.

Bama and Auburn isn't even close.

Until such time as a fan from one schools kills the trees of another team over the outcome of a game, you can kindly F right off.

Not true. Fans have shown on TD that whoever's on top nationally, that's their rival.

Florida in the 90s, USC in the 2000s,, Bama in the 2010s and Ohio State in this current decade.

Its a flexible disdain.

Agreed. I grew up while the “Ten Years War “ was at its peak. It’s just as important now as it was back then. Just doesn’t mean as much now with 750 bowl games. Back then the big ten champ was the only one allowed to go to a bowl. Then in ‘75 they allowed other teams into other bowls. But The Rose Bowl used to be the ultimate goal. Times sure have changed….

LSU fans dislike most other schools and hold a grudge better than most. But no LSU fan has ever considered Ohio State or USC a rival.

Disliking a program isn’t the same as considering them a rival. You’re talking out of your arse.

Well, when it's the only competitive game you'll play most years, you can see how it's importance has become magnified over time.

Oklahoma does. Texas doesn’t win shite. Let’s be real here. Texas is quite possibly the most overrated college program ever.

Auburn v Bama = lol. That’s not a rival. One is the pre-eminent program nationally and they play their inbred cousin on Thanksgiving weekend.

Michigan’s the winningest program ever and tOSU is the flagship program of the league in which they both play.

I mean I get it to a point but they did play in the Greatest version of the bowl game that your team aspires to every year.
