Is JJ McCarthy better than Jalen Milroe?

He was armed with an accurate center….a much better defense and certainly less challenged week to week…he does have the rose bowl win over him I guess but not really a QB duel. If all is equal, I’d take milroe and his potential with the goat scrambling already intact.

I mean, neither are great QBs. Jalen Milroe is a much better athlete, that probably should be playing a different position. JJ McCarthy is a game manager who hasn't proven he can actually play the QB position.

This is actually a good debate. I think Milroe can shotput deep balls better than JJ, so I suppose there is a chance he could be a poor man's Lamar. I feel like JJ is a little less risky of a prospect, though.
