Holy shite she’s horrific.
And I just figured out the rebounding thing and why I couldn’t be less impressed. She sorta pre-boxes out before she throws up her WILD layup attempts. So she’s already in good rebounding position when she goes to launch the layup.

Yea it’s kinda ridiculous the lengths a lot of LSU fans will go to defend Angel the sloth.

These chicks have to create drama of some kind to draw interest because they play for insignificant brands (I had to look up who Reece plays for and had never heard of the Chicago Sky) and you can go to the local boys high school game and see a higher level of play.
There’s no reason for anyone to keep up with this shite without some storyline.
Some of the wisest words I have heard in sports promotion were from Apollo Creed in Rocky. When he was having trouble getting a top contender to fight him, he said, “Without a ranked contender, what this fight needs is a novelty.” So he pulled a lowly local club fighter instead of some mid-tier guy to make the fight amusing to the public.
No one cares about WNBA teams or the talent of their players, so they have to stir up shite to get people to pay attention.
