It’s because they are so advanced on the offensive side. It has nothing to do with the defense.

That’s what happens when you outlaw defense and every game is played with the intensity of a modern All-Star game.

Is this like Sosa and McGwire hitting homers to make people care about a sport?

selfishness is up too. let's be honest. many players could have scored 70 pts if they wanted to be selfish. it's not a coincidence Wilt and Kobe were two of the most self consumed athletes of all time.

Yeah, I’m sure the Mavs would have been better off yesterday as a team if Luka only took 10 shots and distributed more to Dante Exum, Derrick Jones, and Grant Williams.

No kidding. Not to mention Kyrie, Dwight Powell and Maxi Kleber were out injured. Also playing w a 19 year old rookie C in Lively. What else can 24 year old Luka do but score as much as he can. He had a 50 pt 15 assist game earlier in the season... the kid is doing his best with what Cuban is giving him. I hope he scores 80 next time he's in the groove.

Where you can score on the court has never been bigger.

The court was 20x20 up until 15 years ago.

This is a special level of stupid.

I guess college football and NFL teams are worse now as well?

I’m sorry, maybe I got too much 90s in me, but I can’t take 145-142 games seriously.

At this rate, why not go after Wilt’s record of 100?

I take it you didn't watch a second of the Mavs game last night.

Luka was hustling his arse off all night and never cooled off. 91% true shooting @ a 41% usage rate on the night.
