The prototypical Madking reply.

Just take your word for it since you can’t back it up with facts or video evidence.

The old illegal defense rule did not prohibit double teams, it prohibited guarding no one. You could guard anyone however you chose to you just couldn’t float around in space. The current rules are very similar, they just put a timer on the old rule where refs could blow the whistle at any time players were floating around. Now they have a 3 second window. It just proves how ignorant you are when it comes to the NBA that you’re constantly harping on rules you don’t know anything about and histories you make up in your head. Try watching a game every once in awhile, you might actually learn something.

Can you post some video where Shaq is double teamed 90% of the time? Should be easy.

Should be easy to find a clip showing 90% of his career? Are you really that fricking stupid or are you just a dishonest little kunt? You can pull up any game he’s ever played in on YouTube and see for yourself but you’re not interested in the truth.

You do know they had literal zones on the court that defenders were allowed to cross, right?

It made doubling off the ball impossible by design.

Holy shite you don't know the new rules at all

Defensive 3 seconds is not about preventing "floating". You can "float" anywhere outside of the lane.

You said he was doubled teamed 90% of the time in his prime. I cant find any video where that’s happening. You just pulled it out of your arse like you always do.

As you do literally what I predict

or back track, which I predict you'll do, and claim rotational help defense is "purely doubling" as I wrote

One play? That's really your evidence? Holy shite man.

I posted an entire game highlight that disproved you and you post one play. Hahahahaa.

Twice now you’ve asked for something specific then when you got it tried to spin and dismiss it by lying.

You’re so ignorant

this link perfectly proves the point we are making about modern offenses being much better. the reason they are allowed to have 3 bodies around shaq is because shaq has 2 teammates standing in the paint with him. Nowadays those 2 teammates would be standing in the corner behind the 3 point line. then the defenders would have no choice but to leave the paint.

Your comrades are arguing that what you just said never happened. Your reasoning for modern style is another discussion entirely I’d be happy to have but not while Mutt and Jeff are spewing bullshite and nonsense.
