Bob Gibson in 1968 had 28 CGs, 13 shutouts while compiling a 1.12 ERA.

Larry Fitzgerald has more career tackles than he has dropped passes. 31 to 27.

I'm most impressed with an athlete vs the rest of the world, like Edin Moses, but Al Oeter won the gold in the discuss in 4 consecutive Olympics.
As far as team sports, Nolan Ryan's 7 No Hitters is just flat out ridiculous.
