If you’re the Bills, where do you go from here?

Do you fire McDermott? He’s great in regular season, but his defenses never show up when they need to.
At minimum, you need a WR1, a pass rusher, and some mean sons of bitches at linebacker. Defense looks scared when going up against KC

Get a receiver and healthy on defense. Milano at LB and Ed Oliver in the middle are really good players

Without knowing their cap situation, I’d say you go get a true #1 receiver and some DBs. Don’t know how much longer Von Miller plays but you need another pass rusher.

You have to figure out a defense that doesn’t collapse. It’s that simple

They 100% have to get a WR1. Coleman is okay but he can’t get separation consistently. Shakir is better as a slot guy.

Agreed with Milano and Oliver, and they have a solid secondary when they’re healthy. The problem is, that secondary is rarely fully healthy.

Think about how good they’d be if they had a legitimate deep threat. Shakir is really good in the short to intermediate game, but they’re relying on Mac Hollins to get over the top of the defense.
Maybe Coleman can develop into a better player but I was pretty disappointed with him this year. He had the opportunity to step into a big role and couldn’t do it.

Milano is always hurt that's the main issue. I think he's had 3 massive injuries in 3 years
