Show the ice or I’ll believe that this is pregame.
This thread is like cnn saying no one was at trumps rally but their picture was an hour before it happened.

Well considering they aren’t playing tonight that isn’t bad. Also they are selling tickets at 109% of capacity and had more than 21000 people yesterday.
Wtf is going on here? What kind of troll is this?

Attendance was 21,795. They sold more than a 2000 standing room tickets. Are you mentally challenged?

Don't the blackhawks have 425+ game sell out streak?
The Bulls sell out streak end last month, was then the longest in the NBA.

Check his edit, this picture and tweet is from the Bulls game not the Hawks.
Meanwhile an actual Hawks game:
ETA: You should really edit the title now too

Chicago is a fair weather city minus the sox. Whoever is winning is the city's favorite

Every city is a fair weather city
When you win people show up. When you are trash not as many people show up. A shocker I am sure.

I think that's what you meant to say.
BTW, didn't redrifle try this shite with the Dodgers during the World Series?

Before this recent run they had a long time of sucking and you couldn't give away tickets

It's too bad they couldn't get that #OneGoal at home in the playoffs last year.

Hawks streak and demand is mostly from Western and Northern burb families these days, man.
The JVP crowd that was so prevalent at Wrigley all those years never really took hold quite like that at United, and now it's not like that at all and hasn't been for a while.
Those tickets are just too damn expensive, and the JVP types don't make enough money to justify it with any regularity. Getting good ticket prices for decent seats is impossible.
Also, as a Lincoln Park resident, it's far more $3 million homes that have been built in the last 10 years from tear downs and much fewer condos and apartments than it used to be. Bucktown has had the same thing happen.
Night life has left this place in a hurry. JVP's live in Wicker, River North (always and forever), East Lakeview, West Loop, South Loop, and places like that. Humboldt, Logan Square, Ukrainian Village, and the like are still a little too edgy for them, but they'll be flooding there soon enough and leaving the Wicker Parks of the world to the people who can afford million dollar condos and three million dollar homes.
Just thought I'd pipe in with that.

That is not true, and I am not a Chicago sports fan.
Cubs did very well in attendance for decades and decades considering how shitty they were. Bulls just had the longest sell out streak in the NBA end recently. Bears fans are loyal as shite, and they still do very well in attendance even though they haven't been relevant except for a year or two in the lifetime of a lot of people on this board. Hawks attendance only really sucked during the last years of Papa Wirtz.
I am not a native, but I'd give Chicago a lot of credit for being a loyal sports city, especially compared to its peer cities.
