Antonio Brown is a an idiot special needs muppet, an attention whore and a dead beat who stiffs half the people he does business with.
As such, he either:
-Really did blow through (or allow others to blow through) all that money.
-Is lying for attention.
-Is lying and trying to declare bankruptcy to avoid paying people he owes.
Any of these three has an equal chance to being the truth.

Chapter 11 is just a restructuring of debt. Not necessarily seizing his assets like Adrian Peterson.
