Teams get one designated player 6' or shorter that can legally goaltend, but they have to wear a kid-sized jersey that says "Little man" on the back.
Winners get both teams paychecks on the court in front of the losers who have to stay there and watch.

maybe just a half measure
take out corner 3s, run the arc to the boundaries.

Find some way to make the best players play most of the games.

Best way to watch the NBA is old YouTube clips of Celtics & Lakers in the 80's. NBA is dogshit ever since Jordan retired.

Cap the # of three point makes in a game. 12 would be a good number.
That’s an interesting take. You could do a lot of variations.
- Teams can only get 15 points worth of 3 pointers.
- Anything beyond the arc is worth 3 points in the final 2 minutes of a half.
- 3 pointers come into play for a team after the other team gets 6 fouls (like a power play).
In reality, they need to implement a hard cap, go down to 70 games and allow defense again.

KAT spots for logo 3s that are worth a standard 3

Less lames, less profit, less contract money. It'll never happen.

And go back to 2-3-2.
Higher seed shouldnt have to win 2 elimination games if everyone holds serve

Boo this was the worst. Lower seed was never going to win on the road down 3-2 with back to back games.
Very rarely did lower seed win.

NBA playoffs taking 2 entire months is insane to me.
The NHL can take even longer.

Finally, somebody who gets it.
Chris Paul might finally stop wearing high top sneakers.
Nate Robinson would have been a menace.

This has become one painful league for me to watch - I try but within five minutes, I turn it off. I am sure the athleticism is off the charts, the players and fans are good folks but the style of games has passed me by - have precious little interest of watching gametime 3 point contests

Try watching the NBA in my retirement home TV area

Stop the ghost, touch fouls. There was plenty of hard contact tonight with no calls, but plenty of really soft calls.
Makes it hard to watch.

No on 2-3-2
2-2-1-1-1 is the way. Build that drama.
Don’t screw the team that earned home court and may drop 1 of the first two.
