How in the world are some of you giving an exact number? I call bs on people giving exact numbers above 5 or so. I can't even remember any of my combine scores from hs.

HS?

shite, not a lot. I think I maxed about 240 in HS, so probably twice.

Today, 12-14 though.

I literally could not do it once if a gun was held to my head. I am so weak.

I could probably get a few 125's in though.

I really don't know. Its been 13 years since I graduated.

I'm not even sure what my max was either. Since there seems to be more honest answers in this thread, I'll say my forty time was more like a 5.2 but I still can't be sure. I was a D-lineman so I must have been slow as shite, right?

We really didn't have a good weight training program until the spring of my 11th grade year anyway. When we got new coaches who actually made you lift at football P.E. things finally got serious

Did it once senior year in high school. Pretty pathetic. Never could get committed to working out and still can't now that I'm in college.

Yea, I think the way the question is phrased too. Ask for 1 rep max and I bet errrbody is bench 300 and 400

Never maxed out with 225 in high school. I'd guess a dozen or so.

I remember my 11 reps well. My goal was to get 11 reps with 235 because I had a conversion chart showing it was equal to a 300 pound max and that was my goal. I lift alone in my house and don't feel safe attempting a one rep max. Plus I have written records going back for many years.

We never did calculated rep maxes but my one-rep max was 260 weighing 180. I assume that'd give me prob 5-6 reps at 225?

I hope I could get it once right now.
