How long before Cam ward is officially a bust?

YEAR 2 isnt enough time yet. i say by the end of next year.....however it is alarming to me when a player specifically a QB has gotten WORSE since his first couple of games in the NFL.
Currently Dart is WAYYYYY ahead of Cam
Nothing is ever Cams fault either...he talks a lot of shite for the resume he has put up.

I don’t really follow Tennessee, but I had thought he was a pretty decent dude?
I definitely thought the sports media had WAYYYYY over hyped he and Shedeur though

It’s concerning that the Titans brought in an entirely new coaching staff and they call a game plan that is even more conservative offensively than the previous staff.

The Titans look like another team who draft a QB high and refuse to recognise that a high quality OLine is more important than the skill positions.

Cuban said the quiet part out loud a couple years back. A lot of these franchises don’t make decisions based on winning, they’re mostly used as sales vehicles.

Not surprising with the dead on arrival retreads they hired at head coach and oc. Ward has been terrible but the organization is a terrible incubator.

He went from Brian Callahan to Bob Salem and Daboll as his OC. It doesn’t matter if he’s good or not, he’ll be ruined by the the coaches

The problem most 1st round QBs have is the teams that draft them,they are bad.Its usually coaching management and ownership.Tenn is bad at all of that.Look haw much better Chicagos QB looks with a good coach and Sam Darnold in Seattle.Cam will never developed in Tenn.
