The argument is that he is a great QB on the GOAT team.

What is your argument that Danny Amendola has been obviously better in New England? Peej, you really are just a crazy frick who baselessly throws shite around. It's not like Amendola has ever been much more than mediocre anywhere, but yes, his two best seasons were in St Louis. Yes, a 680 yard season is better than a 240 yard season.

I don't think he will surpass Brady as the goat since team accomplishments do count towards consideration.
This makes me want to punch you. It sounds like you know it's stupid to use team accomplishments, yet first take and ESPN is forcing you to.
Wrong. My eyes tell me that both manning and Brady are all time elite level qb's, but I'll take Brady's postseason success over manning's regular season stats and his notoriously poor postseason resume.
Plus, I do feel that manning has played with better offensive personnel throughout most of his career.

Does Brady also have over twice as many turnovers as touchdowns in his Super Bowl appearances?
Posted on 1/30/17 at 11:30 am to RollTide1987
He is definitely the best to ever play the QB position.

I disagree.... when it mattered the most Montana was better......

was 0-4 against Florida in college, got skull-drugged by Nebraska in his final collegiate game.
Since you are bringing college into this, should we not hold it against Brady that he lost his starting job 2 times, once to Dreisbach and once to Henson?
Both years Brady ended up starting the Bowl games (Arkansas and Alabama) but he was benched at sometime during the year.

Does your opinion change if Brady wins 5?

Honestly, no it does not.
I still will have him in top 10%
I think there are guys who called their own plays and were pioneers of the modern passing game that get sorely underrated by people, as we forget how good they really were.
Example, we use titles to rank Brady over Manning but just throw away the title talk with Bradshaw, yet he called his own plays his whole career. Yes I get he was benched for Gilliam.
What about people like Baugh and Unitas? Could we not put them into todays game and have them put the same numbers up?
Quarterback is one of the positions you can not truly have a Greatest, as greatest means something different to everyone.

It's just funny, he can go out and throw for 175 yards and 3 INTs but win 17-13, and we'll hold him in higher regard than if he threw 5 TDs, 400 yards and lost 45-42. Wait, what?
