No he wasn’t. He wasn’t nearly as much of a disobeying a-hole as y’all are saying.
quote:

Barking a-hole orders to cops, asking why he was pulled over like a dick, rolling up the window on the officer out of disrespect and not obeying simple orders of rolling it back down. Tyreke couldn't have been a bigger dick if he tried. He was speeding and didn't have a seatbelt on. Shut the frick up and let the cops do his thing. but no... tyreke has to act gangsta and be a complete fricking lack of respect thug.
This seems nonsensical to me

Exactly, this is the problem.
Its also a lie

He was told THREE frickING TIMES AND GIVEN 30 full seconds to roll his window down

He didn’t. That’s illegal in the state of Florida to do what he did

JUST ROLL THE frickING WINDOWN BACK DOWN WHEN TOLD

Knew it was another Dolphin, just wasn't sure who it was and was sure that guy was getting cuffed by the power tripped officer there

Do these rules apply to black people as well?

What about nfl players?

What about the black AND NFL player?

Is this the example they set for all of the youth to see? They spend so much time talking shjt and yet they are nothing but con artists.

As much as you may hate it, if you get pulled over for committing a crime on city roads you are compelled to get out of the car when they tell you. If you don't, they have every right and reason to pull you out by force and if they do that they're absolutely going to cuff you.

Only part I question, involving Hill, was when they sat him down. It looked like the one cop was trying to assist him to sit, he was trying to talk to the cop (and maybe disclose the knee surgery), and the other cop bum rushes in and forces him to the ground. Seemed to be a bit of a trigger finger and reacting out of emotion with how pissed they were at Hill to that point.

Only saw the video in OP, but also think they mishandled the conflicting orders to Jonnu Smith, but that's s different discussion

Whether you are interacting with good cops or a-hole cops, your best strategy is to always remain calm and respectful.

Getting pissy with the cops, even if they 100% deserve it, is never a good idea.

The cop is such a sad, power-craving little man

You are the wrongest poster in TD history. No matter the topic, whenever you weigh in you are without fail on the wrong side, full of shitty takes.

Lot of people here are afraid to simply accept that some cops are POS. Hill is also a POS. Both can be true.

Hill being an unlawful POS though is what matters. Him not obeying lawful commands is whatever off the entire ordeal

Seems like the typical response I'd expect from police.

A block from the stadium on game day-- i would think would be hard to drive that fast in traffic BUT I have no idea what the area looks like . Have read numerous reports of that not being true. Cops never said it. And you would think they would if he was in fact driving that fast

Are you out of your fricking mind? Maybe?

A guy is stopped, no danger to anyone. Give him a ticket and go the frick on your way!

Perking him out and laying him on the ground is 100% pure racist power tirp morons, doing what they do best.

For the billionth time, your are required to show I'd and ins, but that's it. He isn't required to do anything else. Neither are the cops.

No human being in America deserves treatment like this for a simple traffic ticket.

frick!

You don’t have to do all of these things. That’s terribly silly. And he did the important ones.

Sure, you aren't required to answer the questions. But you do have to give documents, and you do have to listen to the lecture or take the ticket. I'm just pointing out the simple way to minimize the risk of a cop doing shitty cop things.

Also, I don't know how we're seeing two different things. He rolled the window up to ignore the cops, then they started yelling "get out" until the cops opened the door and reached for him, then he leaned back in his chair and said "I'm getting out!' while not actually getting out. This is the same as when people fight cops while saying I'M COOPERATING.

Regardless, being an a-hole isn't illegal, and doesn't warrant being handcuffed and thrown onto the concrete.

Ok I watched the videos.

ALL of this could be avoided if he just answers the questions/ rolls the windows down/ and or gets out of the car when they ask.

They know they are dealing with a guy with a past/ also they get tired of dealing with jerks.

I have been pulled over A TON for speeding. Not once has anything happened like this...........but I do what they say.

Hill is in the wrong.

What was going to be a routine traffic ticket became anything but when Tyrell hill intentionally started acting like a frickhead. He wants all the respect and preferential treatment but doesn’t want to reciprocate to his fellow human being.
