I know first world problems. I have a room that I made with all my favorite stuff as a kid in the 90s. For my MLB section, I have six display cases.

I have Ken Griffey Jr, Mariano Rivera, Pedro Martinez, Chipper Jones, and Kenny Lofton.

For my last spot I can’t decide between Mike Piazza, Cal Ripken Jr, Frank Thomas, Sammy Sosa, Larry Walker, and Jason Giambi .

There are other players I really wanted but I didn’t want the same helmet that I have autographed already listed above. I wanted each helmet to be different and had to be a team I liked.

Who should I pick for that last spot?

Definitely Ripken.

I’d also switch Lofton for a HOF’er

I can’t get rid of Lofton. I love the Indians and Lofton was my favorite player on that team. I’m displaying my favorite players even if they are not in the HOF. I’m not a big MLB person like I was in the 90s and the five that I already have in the display cases are my favorite baseball players. I had Frank Thomas in the last spot but I had other players that I thought were equal to him and wasn’t sure.

Fair enough. I grew up a Canseco fan and understand. I’d still have Ripken as your 6th. He is a big part of MLB history.

You are correct about Cal being a big part of MLB history but I wasn’t as a big fan of him and the team like others. Since I have the ones that I really wanted and the team helmet to go along with it, the last spot of players are all kind of even to me with just liking them and not loving them like the others I have.

Frank Thomas, might have the same effect just being around it as that stuff he sells and middle aged white women are crazy about him
