Hats off to the committee for doing the right thing with Miami and ND

The last thing college football needs is for regular season games to be devalued anymore than they already are

Yeah I was expecting ND to get in over Miami because of the 'eyeballs' that would watch.

The only reason they did it was to keep the ACC in. If Virginia won last night then they and ND would’ve been in and Miami left out along with James Madison

If Bama sucks than Oklahoma shouldn't be in. Alabama was the #1 SEC regular season team idiot. No matter how you try and argue, they weren't putting them out

No, they got it wrong to further their own agenda. Alabama didn't deserve a slot in the playoffs.

Unlike Bama they actually dropped BYU down in rankings which allowed them to play the head to head deal between ND and Miami to get an ACC team in.
If head to head was that important to the committee Miami should have been ahead of ND in the final regular season ranking. BYU could have been higher or lower than the 2 of them. I think they were expecting a Virginia win to get in for the ACC, and after Duke win they went and found reason to move Miami up 2 spots without playing a game.
