I can think of no better round. Amazing fury.
Marvelous Marvin Hagler was my favorite boxer growing up. Loved it when he would switch to southpaw and back mid-fight.
And he got f'ing robbed in the Sugar Ray fight.

Perhaps one of the best in middleweight history

This is the BEST FIGHT in boxing history.
Period.
There have been some amazing bouts light Pep vs Sadler, LaMotta vs Robinson, etc., but even the oldest of old boxing experts for the most part agree on Hagler/Hearns.

I think the 7th or 8th round of the Bowe Holyfield fight was just as good if not better.
Holyfield had Bowe out and then Bowe had Holyfield out. It was incredible.

More recently, there have been some great rounds between Pacquiao-Marquez. And, even though it was lower-level talent, I remember the Emmanuel Steward "OH MY GOD!" round between Berto-Ortiz.

Ya, I was hoping someone would catch that!

I like watching Steele bounce around so he doesn't get chopped down by one of the haymakers being thrown. How Hearns didn't go down by some of those shots is amazing.
Gotti/Ward fights were pretty brutal with some great individual rounds.

Nope. I think that is one of the most exciting few minutes in sports history, and I am a very casual boxing fan at best.

No never. That was intense action.I had to give credit to Hearns for standing in there.
Something Leonard wouldn't do.

I think it was Michael J Fox that said-
"Aside from my honeymoon that was the most exciting 3 minutes of my life."

wow.
I have always through Marvin Haggler was one of those most scary looking mofo's in boxing. Now I look at him and think Montel Williams.
