In the history of basketball, have we ever seen a player get more help from referees than Harden? Seriously.

As of this week James Harden has more Free Throws made than Field goals made in his career:

Michael Jordan- 5,590 more Field goals made than FTs

LeBron: 5,395 more Field goals made than FTs

Kobe :4,035 more Field goals made than FTs

Harden in 10 seasons : 172 more Free throws made than Field goals made( update 196 with playoffs).

But you CAN do it against other players, especially Lebron, without getting called for a foul.

Because Lebron is a bulldozer football player type. He throws his bulk into people all of the time. I dont know why you expect a brawler to receive the same officiating as a finesse guy.

ue is a bum compared to harden. Hardwn is the best player in nba history at getting guys to foul him

Shut your butt.
You’re a bum.
I am more than aware that Never won anything Harden is a great player, and the best player ever at drawing fouls.

I mentioned he was first in drives and free throws. Jrue was 3rd and 39th. Derozan was 2nd in drives, and as usual, top ten in free throws. Is he one of the best ever at drawing fouls too? Find a guard with a bigger descrepency than Jrue. I don’t want to hear the stupid is he avoiding contact bull shite. If you drive to the basket that much, you get fouled, plain and simple, example Derozan. Jrue is one of the best off hand finishers in the league and is not small at all. He routinely gets “bumped” like everyone else and never gets the call. Every single game there are identical plays where Jrue doesn’t get the call, but the opposing star does. How Jrue has never gotten a tech is a testament to his self control. That being said, he needs to get thrown out of a game for complaining if he wants to fix this.

I feel like Jrue is the kinda guy who you don’t have to foul to keep him from scoring when he drives. Whereas hardwn is a guy you gotta foul him or he will score. And that’s where the discrepancy stems from.

I'd buy this if Harden didn't recognize those times when a defender is on skates and dribbles hard as and straight into them as the backpedal for the foul call.

Harden gets those calls every time. Lebron doesn't.

Because a slap on the arm or face is a foul and should be called the exact same for every player in the league.

The offensive player gathers the ball while on his right foot. He then takes a step with his left foot (step 1) into a hop step, landing first with his right foot (step 2) and then illegally with his left (step 3). We missed this one - it is a traveling violation.

It was a travel according to the Referees. LINK

That’s bc james shoots threes. Which have a lower % rate. But are more efficient. James shooting efficiciencies are at a all time high and he was a guy who was already doing it at a level the league hasn’t ever seen have we.

I only see one season in nba history with a true shooting in excess of 62 to go along with a over 31 per game scoring average.

I disregard any stat with Harden that includes free throws because I don't believe they are indicative of his skill as a basketball player.

Most agree and his legacy will never be what it should be because of it.

FT is part of the game. And nobody does it better. Just like steph is the greatest shooter ever. Hardwn is the greatest ever at Getting to that FT line. The best athletes in the world can’t help themselves from fouling him.

They foul everyone.

Probably foul Lebron more tbt.

Harden just gets the free point more than others. I think it's bc he's fat.

Lebron don’t have the body control harden does. King crab goes in there like a bull in a china shop. You not gonna get the call when you just bowl your way in like that. Meanwhile harden is always in control. And he stops and starts, change of pace ie lebron can’t do it like that.

Like I've always said, HardLN is Monta Ellis who gets bail out calls from the refs.

if you don’t foul him he scores. So bailed out is the wrong word. He’s one of the best offensive players the league has ever seen. Oh and he appears to have not even reached his peak yet has he.
