It's actually not that much further, just 10-15 yards I think

I only try on 6 if the wind is not hurting or helping. And if its favorable on 6 its going to be opposite on 7

Sometimes I try, sometimes I don't. If I am just playing casually with a group of friends from the whites and don't really care about score (i.e. take two drives and no stroke) I will try it. If I'm playing for a good score from the tips, I'll usually just lay up

#17 at LSU, I can't even get out of the tee box. The water right in front of me gets in my head and I skulled three balls into the water last time I played.

After I hit a decent tee shot I greened in two though

Par 5 in Arcadia, LA. Not sure of the number. You hit over a valley to a fairway with a 30% uphill grade. Then you have to lay up, because you will easily be 275+ to a green fronted by water. The shitty part is the fairway ends 170 yards from the green, so even after you lay up, you have 175-200 yards for your third shot.

Seriously. frick that hole.

Dude they could move the tee box up in front of the water, I'd still find a way to double bogey I'm pretty sure

Is that the one after the par 5 with water left and woods right?
If so I know the feeling, squeezes you on the tee box

I've always love #17 at Sherwood and it's pretty U shaped; it plays perfectly for me to just crush a power slicing drive right down to the hole

#16 at Houstonian.

I hit a fade, so when I miss, I miss left because I double cross. I've had numerous balls end up in the drink left.

I don't like 11 at UC.

I hit it long enough to make it in the lake off the tee. Then if not in the lake, end up close enough to give it a shot.

My long irons tend to leak right, which is death on that approach. Miss it left or even hit the left side of the green and it is rolling 30' down a hill leaving a hard chip.
