Lulz, he’d still be the Texas coach if he didn’t choke his GF.

Will be interesting to see what happens. Would they fire him this early in the season?

I hate Louisville. Truly. But, they're uncomfortably broken at this point. And I feel bad for the fans that are there tonight that showed up despite the unmitigated shitshow they've rolled out. Those folks should have season tickets for life.

I need them to at least get back to a respectable level for the NET and RPI's sake.

We've also reached the paperbag wearing point of the season.

Good game UofL, rough couple of seasons but you’ll have some good coaches lined up this off-season.

Louisville should be able to go big game hunting here. Chris Beard, Mick Cronin, Buzz Williams, Bruce Pearl, etc... should be within their scope.

Bruce Pearl would crawl on broken glass for the job. I don’t know what his buyout is with his new extension.

You Louisville baws are some of the only ones who understand the pain of us LSU basketball fans at the moment. Hopefully we will both be out of the cellar next year with new coaches.

Kenny Payne has made me hate basketball. I despise it now

Jerome Tang at K-State will be near the top of the list.

Bruce Pearl is not big game. Not sure Oats is either. Maybe. I think Beard is the obvious choice here.

Louisville has wrestled with limited attendance for its second consecutive season under Payne as the team's struggles persist. But the players' faith in their coach has not waned.

Skyy Clark, who led Louisville with 20 points Thursday, said the team still believes in Payne.

"We're still rocking with KP," he said. "

Watching sports on local news, I was surprised at how many UL fans were there.

Why would you want to see your team get beat by 20 points?

How embarrassing would it have been if no fans were there to watch Louisville against its biggest rival?
That would surely make the school fire Payne.

Justification Memphis used to fire Tubby, was hurting the bottom line. Seeing like 2000 people in the FedEx Forum was so depressing

Sounds like they are keeping him now, at least for a while longer. Which I think makes sense. There's still 3 months left in the season.

Good grief, what is UL thinking?
Do they want ticket sales to drop to zero?
They won't even sell enough to keep the lights on.
