Hospitals nationwide have been at capacity and some are even turning away non-COVID patients who have suffered strokes, heart attacks, and other serious ailments. Yesterday, it was announced that because of COVID's rising numbers, several NBA games have been postponed.
Sorry your stroke will have to wait... We gotta bring soup to the patient in room 109 with the sniffles.
Everything Hill said is common sense, hopefully he doesn't walk it back.

But keeping this league going at "all costs" is just as important for lining the pockets of the players as it is the teams.
All those concerns about what could happen to the CBA and the salary cap if they shut down last season are still concerns if they shut down this season.
