G5 schools should be ineligible if they lose a conference game
Those Boise/TCU/Utah teams of old had to go undefeated period to get in a BCS Bowl. No mulligan for losing by 22 to a 6-6 conference team thats for sure

IMO it’s a good idea to have one. This year none were deserving and we end up with two.

Yeah, this isn't NCAA basketball where a Cinderella team can get hot and make a push.
SMU and Boise got annihilated last year in similar fashion. Boise even got a bye week.
Hope ESPN learns their lesson.
