You are right, I didn't. That said, I don't think the ACC wins unless (1). the FSU/Clemson game is close and comes down to the wire like the UGa/Clemson game and (2). the winner of the game goes undefeated or finishes with one loss.
For the ACC to truly win, they probably also need Miami to remain undefeated and play an undefeated Clemson team in the ACC CG (for Miami to be undefeated, they will have had to beat FSU).. No one will give Clemson or FSU any credit for beating an average VT team in the ACC CG that already got thumped by Bama.

The point of the post wasn't whether the ACC would win a specific game or championship this year, it's the idea that the ACC wins in general because they've re-emerged from a conference of crap teams to a conference with quite a few solid teams in the top 25. So, regardless of who wins between Florida St/Clemson, the ACC will come out looking better this year relative to other conferences than they have in past recent years

Don't be so sure. If LSU wins out, they would have beaten two top 10 teams to finish the regular season. And, if South Carolina wins the rest of their schedule (beating Clemson along the way), and if LSU beats South Carolina in Atlanta, I can guarantee you LSU would get in over FSU (assuming FSU goes undefeated).

Hopefully clemson so then they can clemson a game away afterwards. That should, hopefully, take care of any chance the acc has in title game.
