Stepnoski was part of an all time team, the 92, 93 Cowboys. Great offensive line, I believe he made five Pro Bowls.

You should see Rudy Niswanger now. He's about 200lbs and lean. Left the NFL at 295.

I saw Willie Roaf at a Tech game about 5-6 years ago & he is doing the exact opposite of all the former players in this post.

Friend of the family played for Tulane. He ate 6 times a day to stay at 300+ during the season. It was the only part of football he complained about. Hes been out for two years and has lost 75-80 lbs.
