I would also root for the NO team when they are playing everybody but the Barves.

What about when they're playing the team ahead of the Braves in the standings?

Didn't think about that one did ya?!

No. Lifelong Braves fan here. I wouldn't change now. I would support them but they wouldn't be my team.

Never happen though.

I was never a big NBA fan before the Hornets came to NOLA, so it was easy to adopt them as my team. I'm a life-long Barves fan, and I'm not sure I can change allegiances there.

ETA: but yes, I would support the team and go to games because I love MLB games.

If the stadium were downtown, instead of where Zephyr Field is, then I would go to as many games as I could. But I wouldn't pull for them over the Cardinals, who I've been pulling for all my life.

shite, if Zephyr Field were downtown, I'd go to a lot more of their games.

A baseball stadium in the middle of a city (if set up correctly) is one of the most beautiful things.

I could get down with this. Unless they were playing the Barves of course.

Let me rephrase the answer, there is zero way a MLB team could survive in NOLA.

Not over the Barves, but I would support them any other day.

why would you need to replace them? their seasons are at different times during the calendar year, for the most part.

I would, have never been to a Hornets game. Rarely go to Saints games.
