I'm sorry, but why do this other than to embarrass the old man. He has not been found guilty of anything and the alleged "sex trafficking" that supposedly brought the case on to begin with has suddenly vanished... No proof of it, no charges filed.

Only misdemeanor solicitation.

Per the big lead: LINK

quote:

Robert Kraft got some bad news on Wednesday, as prosecutors said they will release police surveillance videos of the New England Patriots owner paying for sex.

Due to Florida’s "Sunshine laws” videos of Kraft and 24 other men paying for sexual acts will be released. Kraft and his legal team have fought hard to suppress the videos.

The Boston Globe report continued:

Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg’s office said in court papers it is obligated under Florida law to provide the video to the public and the media now and cannot wait for a judge to decide whether it should be kept under seal while Lei Wang is prosecuted as the alleged manager of the Orchids of Asia Spa in Jupiter, Fla.

Wang allegedly managed the spa, and Hua Zhang has been identified by authorities as the owner of the spa. Both women have pleaded not guilty to numerous charges, including maintaining a house of prostitution.

Kraft is charged with two misdemeanor counts of soliciting prostitution. He was caught visiting the spa on January 19 and January 20. He has pleaded not guilty and denied all charges.

Kraft’s legal team has attempted to keep the videos from seeing the light of day, claiming he could never get a fair trial if they were released.

The Globe has more on that:

Kraft and 14 other men charged in the case have asked a judge to issue a protective order blocking the public release of the videos, a request opposed by the Globe and a coalition of other media outlets. That request is still pending before Judge Leonard Hanser.

But prosecutors have turned their attention towards the prosecutions of Wang and Zhang, and in both cases the videos must be made public. Prosecutors will release pixelated videos unless a judge tells them not to.

Play stupid games win stupid prizes

Don’t break the law and have nothing to worry about etc.

Or does this not apply to this situation for some particular reason?

This wouldn't be happening if it weren't for his relationship with meek mill and donating a ton of money to the criminal jusice reform thing w/ Rubin.

The women that were the victims here will be in the video too. They dont seem to care about protecting them all that much if they're really gonna release this stuff.

Kraft's defense is arguing that the hidden surveillance videos inside the massage parlor were illegally obtained because the cops secretly installed the cameras without getting a warrant. So it would be inadmissible as evidence.

What 4 retards downvoted me?

Apparently y’all think play stupid games win stupid prizes is still a cool saying.

Y’all think it’s ok for police to release video of victims of human trafficking being forced to jerk off old dicks.

Y’all want to see old dicks.

So under the sunshine laws, Florida prosecutors are supposed to release sensitive information for pending court cases? Seems weird to me

Legal 101: You're not a victim if you perform solicited sex acts for pay. That's Called prostitution... And that makes you a co-defendant...

^^This

And I'd think the have a case as well.

The entire bust was supposed to be based around catching "sex trafficking" and by proxy, virtual slavery of the girls.

... But nothing if the sort ever happened. They literally don't have a sex trafficking case at all. What they really have is 25 old men getting happy endings at a legal day spa and now they're trying to justify the whole supposed sting operation.

I havent been keeping up with this case much, but werent the victims trafficked here like many Asian parlors? Because if so they are indeed victims.

Nope. The whole trafficking angle turned out to be BS.

They just turned out to be prostitutes who were more than happy to give hand jobs in exchange for money.

The general public needs protection here. No one needs to see this tape of a nude Bob Kraft getting off.

Sex trafficking is one thing, but to spend this much time and taxpayer money on a misdemeanor is ridiculous. There's nothing wrong with some old rich men paying a woman to play with their dicks.
